The National Alliance for Safe Food is an organization striving to ensure safe food production, leading to safe food consumption, for the betterment of human society. We aim to achieve our goals by providing training and by educating both the manufacturer and the consumer. As the consumption of both processed and unprocessed foods reaches an all new high, there is a growing need of training and awareness to streamline the importance of food safety and quality measures. We believe in strong academic-industrial linkages and strive to act as a bridge between both entities. Our core objective includes bringing together Food Manufacturers, Trade & Consumer Associations, Academic Institutions, Food Technologists and members of the civil society to highlight the growing need to implement and own a Food Safety Culture!
